Personal messages to put on your proposals, quotes and contracts (3 examples)
The meeting went well and it’s time to send the proposal? Super! But what intro or personal message do you write on the proposal?
Start your proposal with a personal message to capture the essence of the project and with a good call to action to get your client to sign.
Place your personal message at the top of your proposal or contract.
Here are 3 examples.
- The standard greeting we use at Docspo
This is a general template that works great if you send out a lot of similar proposal where the service you offer is quite standardised. Its the standard greeting snipplet we give all new Docspo users.

2. The Summary
I use the summary when I have hade a discussion with my client about certain parts of the deal that was very important to them. (If you do special deals remember to use the if i do X then you do Y tactic) This can be certain payment terms or clarification of a specific feature set.
